2024학년도 전기(2025년 2월 졸업) 학위수여식을 다음과 같이 계획하오니, 

졸업예정자는 참고하여 주시기 바라며, 학위수여식에 많이 참석해 주시기 바랍니다. 

1. 학위수여식 일정

[2024학년도 전기(2025년 2월 졸업) 학위수여식 안내]

1-1. 일시 : 2025. 2. 24.(월) 14:00~

1-2. 장소 : 이화여자대학교 대강당 (가족분들은 대강당 2층 또는 ECC B4 이삼봉홀에 마련된 좌석을 이용 부탁드립니다.)

1-3. 입장 : 학위수여식 당일 오후 13:40까지 대강당에 개별 입장하여 정해진 좌석에 앉아 주시기 바랍니다. 수여식이 진행되는 동안에는 입장 또는 퇴장할 수 없습니다.

2. 경영전문대학원 학위수여식 일정

2-1. 일시: 2025. 2. 24.(월) 15:30

2-2. 장소: 이화신세계관 1층 경영학과60주년기념홀

2-3. 행사 참석 대상자: 2024년 전기 경영전문대학원 졸업생 전체

2-4. 학위기는 학위수여식 이후 경영전문대학원 행정실(이화신세계관 309호)에서 수령하실 수 있습니다.

※ 대강당에서 진행하는 전체 대학 학위수여식과는 별개로 경영전문대학원 자체내에서 진행하는 학위수여식 입니다.

3. 학위복 대여 (사전신청 및 보증금 입금 완료된 인원에 한함)

[2024학년도 전기(2025년 2월) 학위취득자 학위복 대여 안내]

3-1. 학위복 대여/반납 장소: 이화신세계관 305호

3-2. 대여기간: 2025. 2. 20.(목)~24.(월), 9:30~17:00 (점심시간 12:00~13:00 제외)

3-3. 반환기간: 2025. 2. 25.(화) 17:00까지 (※반드시 기한 내 반납 요망, 주말 제외)

4. 학위기 배부

4-1. 기간: 2025. 2. 24.(월) 대강당 학위수여식 종료 후 ~ 3. 4.(화) 17:00
        (평일 오전 9시부터 오후 5시까지) (※주말 및 공휴일 제외)

4-2. 장소: 이화신세계관 309호

4-3. 방법: 직접 수령

※ 학위기 대리 수령 시, 첨부파일의 학위기 대리수령 서약서 작성 필수

※ 학위기는 재발급이 불가하며 우편 발송 시 분실 위험이 있어 직접 수령만 가능합니다.

 * 대리인 수령시 필수 서류

 1. 학생 본인의 학생증

 2. 대리인 본인의 유효한 신분증

 3. 학위기 대리수령 서약서(첨부파일)

5. 유의사항

5-1. 학위복 대여 신청했어도 기한 내 입금하지 않으면 자동 취소됨

5-2. 학위복 분실 및 훼손시에는 일정 금액 차감하여 보증금이 반환됨

5-3. 보증금은 학위복대여 신청시 조회된 개인계좌로 3월 중순 반환되므로 졸업 후에도
        계좌 유지 필수 (계좌 폐쇄로 인한 입금 불가에 대해서는 책임지지 않음)

February 2025 Graduation Gown Rental and Ceremony Notice

1. Graduation Ceremony

1-1. Time: 2025. 2. 24.(Mon) 14:00~

1-2. Location: Ewha Womans University Welch-Ryang Auditorium
      (Families of graduates can be seated on 2F of Welch-Ryang Auditorium or ECC B4 Lee San Bong Hall.)

2. Ewha GSB Graduation Ceremony

2-1. Date and Time: February 24, 2025 (Mon) at 15:30PM

2-2. Venue: Ewha Shinsegae Building 1st Floor, 경영학과60주년기념홀

2-3. Attendees: All graduates of the 2024 GSB

2-4. Diplomas can be picked up at the Business School Administration Office (Room 309, Ewha Shinsegae Building) after the ceremony.

※ This ceremony is separate from the university-wide graduation ceremony held in the main auditorium.

3. Graduation Gown Rental (Only students who have applied and made payment in advance)

[2024학년도 전기(2025년 2월) 학위취득자 학위복 대여 안내]

3-1. Graduation Gown Rental/Return Location: Ewha-Shinsegae Building 305

3-2. Rental Period: 2025. 2. 20.(Thu)~24.(Mon), 9:30~17:00 (※ No rental during weekends)

3-3. Return Deadline: 2025. 2. 25.(Tue) 17:00 (※ Must abide by deadline)

4. Diploma Distribution

4-1. Period: 2025. 2. 24.(Mon) After ceremony at Welch-Ryang Auditorium  ~ 3. 4.(Tue) 17:00
  (9:30~17:00 during weekdays, No distribution during weekends and holidays)

4-2. Location: Ewha-Shinsegae Building, Room 309 

4-3. How to: Pick up in person (student or representative)

※ If a representative of students comes for pick up, they must submit 대리수령 서약서 (receipt by agent, check attached file).

※ Diploma cannot be re-issued, and only pick up in person is possible. (No sending through postal mail due to possibility of loss.)

 * Required documents in case of pick up by representative

 1. Student ID card

 2. Representative’s valid ID card

 3. Receipt by agent document (학위기 대리수령 서약서, check attached file)

5. Important Notes

5-1. Your application on graduation gown will be canceled if payment is not completed by deadline.

5-2. In case of damage or loss of gown, there will be a deduction on your deposit return.

5-3. Deposit will be refunded through your Eureka account around mid-March, so please make sure the keep the account open. 

        (No additional refund will be made in case of failure of refund due to closed account.)
