2025학년도 전기(2026년 2월 졸업) 학위수여식 안내

* 본부 학위수여식 관한 안내로, 이후 진행되는 국제대학원 졸업식 후 행사 관련 자세한 내용은 추후 업로드 예정인 공지사항 참조.  

졸업을 축하드립니다. 2025학년도 전기 학위수여식을 다음과 같이 계획하오니 졸업예정자는 참고하여 주시기 바라며, 학위수여식에 많이 참석해 주시기 바랍니다.

1.  학위수여식

  가. 일시 및 장소: 2026. 2. 23.(월) 14:00, 대강당 (약 1시간 소요)

  나. 행사 참석 대상자: 2026년 2월 졸업자

  다. 복장: 졸업가운, 모자, 술, 후드(석ㆍ박사) 착용

  라. 입장: 학위수여식 당일 오후 1시 40분까지 대강당에 개별 입장하여 정해진 좌석에 앉아 주십시오. 

                    학위수여식이 진행되는 동안에는 입장 또는 퇴장할 수 없습니다.

  마. 학위기는 학위수여식이 끝난 당일 국제대학원 졸업식 후 행사(추후 안내 예정)에서 수여 예정입니다.

     *국제대학원 졸업식 후 행사에 참여 불가할 경우 2026. 3. 3.(화) 부터 소속 학과 사무실에서 사전 방문 예약 후 받아 가시기 바랍니다.

3. 유의사항 

  가. 학위수여식 사전연습:  2.22.(일) 15:40, 대강당 / 박사ㆍ석사ㆍ학사학위 수여 대표자 참석

  나. 학위수여식이 엄숙하게 진행될 수 있도록 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

  다. 전문/특수대학원 졸업생의 졸업과 관련된 사항은 해당 대학원 행정실로 문의하시기 바랍니다.

  라. 당일 학부모님을 위한 좌석은 학위수여식 실황중계가 가능한 중강당 및 ECC 지하4층 이삼봉홀, 다목적홀에 마련되어 있습니다.

  마. 교내 주차공간이 부족하오니 당일 대중교통을 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

       ※ 주차장 만차 시 교내 차량 입차가 전면 중단됩니다. 상세내용은 첨부된 차량통제 안내 참고 부탁드립니다.

February 2026 Graduation Ceremony Notice

* Below information is regarding the Graduation Ceremony from headquarter at Ewha. For GSIS Convocation Ceremony, please refer to the separate announcement that will be announced later on.   

Congratulations on your graduation.

Below, you can find information on the graduation ceremony for students graduating in February 2026.

1.  Graduation Ceremony

  A. Date & Venue:  Monday, 14:00 February 23, 2026, Welch-Ryang Auditorium(Chapel)

       The ceremony will run for approximately 1 hour.

  B. Dress code: Graduation gown, hat, tassel, hood(graduate students only)

  C. Please enter the ceremony no later than 13:40 and be seated at your designated seats. 

      (You cannot enter or leave during the graduation ceremony.)

  D. Please receive your graduation certificate at the GSIS Convocation Ceremony that will be held after the Graduation Ceremony from the headquarter.  

   * Students who cannot participate the GSIS Convocation Ceremony can receive the certificate from each department offices from 2026. 3. 3.(Tue) (appointment required in advance). 

2. Graduation Gown Rent & Return:

3. Important Notice

  A. Graduation ceremony rehearsal (student representative only) 

      : Sunday, 15:40 February 22, 2026, Welch-Ryang Auditorium

  B. We ask for your kind cooperation to attend the ceremony in a solemn manner.

  C. Inquiries for graduation of Professional/Special Graduate School should be directed to the graduate school administration office.

  D. Seats for parents are available at the Case Hall(Graduate School Building) and the ECC B4 Leesanbong-Hall, Multipurpose-Hall where  the ceremony will be aired live.

  E. Please use public transportation due to limited parking space. Once the parking is full, car entry will be limited.
