Mentors for Junior Students

  • The EWHA Career Development Center invites Ewha alumnae who have established careers in various fields to serve as 'Mentors for Junior Students' (or 'Ewha Love Mentors'). This is to provide opportunities for meetings between alumnae and current Ewha students preparing to enter the workforce.
  • We will contact alumnae who register as a Mentor for Junior Students regarding recruitment for our mentoring programs, such as Career Concerts, Cheat Key (Program Name), and Talk Talk Seniors. We encourage your active participation.

Q. How do I register as a Mentor for Junior Students? 

  • You can apply after logging in to E-Friends(https://efriends.ewha.ac.kr/) through the 'Graduate Information' pop-up or at the bottom of E-bbut via 'Graduate Career Information'. (Alternatively, you can click the 'Register as Mentor for Junior Students' button above to fill out and submit the Google survey form.)


Q. What kind of activities do I participate in after registering as a Mentor for Junior Students? 

  • The EWHA Career Development Center recruits mentors for its mentoring programs from the pool of registered Mentors for Junior Students. : We request that you serve as a mentor/instructor for programs such as Career Concert, Employment Cheat Key, and Foreign Company EDU Online Meeting.


Q. What is the difference between Mentor for Junior Students and Talk Talk Seniors?

  • You can think of Talk Talk Seniors as a separate activity within the Mentor for Junior Students category.
  • Among the alumnae registered as a Mentor for Junior Students, those who wish to provide more direct assistance to junior students should check the Talk Talk Seniors manual on E-Friends and proceed with the application!
