Ewha Womans University, which began in 1886 with a single student, has played a pioneering role in women’s education in Korea and has produced countless women leaders who have contributed to all sectors of society. Under this proud legacy and vision, the Ewha Career Development Center has been nurturing global female talent through diverse and systematic career exploration programs and an advanced career development support system. 

In response to the rapidly changing, AI-driven industrial environment, the Center has strengthened customized programs that help Ewha students develop the professional competencies and adaptability required by the times. We provide step-by-step career development programs through career and employment education, specialized consulting, and customized programs tailored to the characteristics of each college, while building a robust industry–academia cooperation network.

From admission to graduation, the Center offers a time-sequenced career development system:

(1) Career exploration and planning for lower-year students, (2) Work experience programs for juniors and seniors, (3) Industry and job training for employment preparation, and (4) Employment Master Programs that provide intensive job placement support.;

 In addition, we operate learner-centered programs such as professional career and employment consulting, mentoring programs that connect students with Ewha alumnae role models, one-on-one personalized mentoring, and special lectures by industry experts. Recognizing the growing importance of job competency, we also provide various opportunities for students to gain practical experience through global internships and field training, supported by the 'Cooperative Education Center'.
