• Talk Talk Seniors is a one-on-one employment preparation mentoring program where Ewha alumnae currently working in the field provide guidance to junior students preparing for employment.
• Senior alumnae share information about their current company and job role with junior students at various stages of job preparation (Job Exploration - Document Screening  - Interview Stage - Final Decision) and conduct personalized mentoring.
